Amir Goren is a macroeconomist Ph.D with a specialty in International and Monetary macroeconomics. Before joining Rogue Economics, he worked for General Motors as an economist, in International Markets and Mobility.
Amir has been successfully trading technology stocks and commodities mostly using option strategies.
Prior to GM, Amir ran companies in several tech spaces, such as video processing, digital communications, nanotechnology, and biotechnology.
Amir holds a Ph.D in Economics from UC Irvine, MS in Biomedical Enterprise from Harvard and MIT, as well as MBA and Bachelors’ in Engineering degrees from Tel Aviv University.
